Effective from 1 January 2026

Terms and Conditions

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Slovak version is legally binding.

The terms under which I deliver training at your company and custom-built tools. Written so you can read them in five minutes and know what you'll get, what it costs and what happens if the date changes.

01 Who the supplier is

Services on naklikaj.sk are supplied by:

Company nameForeqast s.r.o.
Registered officeSabinovská 5, 821 02 Bratislava, Slovakia
Company ID (IČO)53 736 401
Emailinfo@naklikaj.sk
Phone+421 918 957 504

Below, the "supplier" or "I". The other party — the company or person ordering the training or a tool — is the "client" or "you".

These terms apply to every order placed through the form on naklikaj.sk, by email or by phone. If a specific written agreement with you provides otherwise, that agreement applies; these terms apply to anything it doesn't cover.

02 What this covers

I supply two different things, and it's important not to mix them up:

On-site training

I come to your premises and, together with your team, we build one specific tool using your data. The Start package is three hours and one tool, the Team package is four hours and two tools. The exact scope of both packages is in the pricing.

Custom-built tool

You tell me what the tool needs to do, and I build it. Before work starts, you get a fixed price and a delivery date. Work begins only after you confirm the quote in writing.

Where the line is. I supply tools that solve one bounded task. I don't supply large systems with multiple roles, integrations into mission-critical systems, or ongoing operational responsibility. If it turns out during preparation that your project is like that, I'll say so before you order and recommend a developer or supplier who has the capacity for it.

03 How an order is placed

  1. Non-binding enquiry. You send the form, write an email or call. Neither the form nor the call commits you to anything.
  2. Introductory call. About half an hour, free of charge. We go through what you need and work out whether it can be click-built in one afternoon.
  3. Confirmation. I send an email with the date, package or scope of work and the price. A contract is formed when you confirm that email in writing. A reply by email is enough, a paper contract isn't needed.

Prices and text on naklikaj.sk are for information only and are not an offer to conclude a contract. Only the price in the confirmation email is binding.

04 Price, travel and invoicing

Current package prices are in the pricing. Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is added at the statutory rate if the supplier is registered for VAT at the time the invoice is issued.

Travel

Travel within Bratislava and the surrounding area is included in the price. Outside the Bratislava region, travel is charged at 0,50 € per kilometre from Bratislava and back. I state the amount in advance in the confirmation email — it never appears only on the invoice.

Payment terms

I issue the invoice after the training or after handing over the tool, with a 14-day payment term. For orders above 1 000 € excluding VAT I may request a deposit of up to 50 % of the price; if I do, I'll say so before confirming the order.

Late payment carries statutory default interest.

05 What the client provides

For the training to succeed, I need the following ready from you. A detailed guide is sent by email before the session.

  • A room where you can work undisturbed for three hours, and a stable internet connection
  • A laptop for every participant with rights to install software
  • Participants present for the entire training — someone who steps away for an hour can't catch back up
  • Sample data for the task we'll be solving, in any form (Excel, CSV, a system export)
  • Your IT department's consent to install the tools, if you have company restrictions

If these things aren't ready, the training still goes ahead and is charged in full — time spent installing comes out of the time set aside for building the tool. In that case I can't guarantee the tool will get finished.

06 What you get and what isn't included

Included in the delivery

  • A working tool built during the training on your data
  • Setting up the necessary software and access on participants' computers
  • Going through the rules for company data and GDPR
  • Email support for the period covered by the package you ordered, counted from the day of the training

Not included

  • Running the tool. I don't provide hosting, backups or monitoring unless we expressly agree otherwise.
  • Third-party subscriptions and licences. Tools such as Claude, hosting or a database are paid directly to the provider and aren't included in the training price. I give indicative amounts in the pricing, but I don't control their level or availability.
  • Availability of third-party services. If a provider changes its prices, terms or discontinues a service, that isn't something within my control.
  • Further development of the tool after support ends. This can be arranged separately.

Language model output. Tools built during the training may use a language model. The model can return an inaccurate or incorrect result. Tool output is therefore not professional advice — accounting, legal, tax or otherwise — and must be checked before being used for a decision. I do not guarantee the accuracy of model output.

07 Rights to the result and the data

Everything created during the training is yours. Source code, settings, accounts and data belong to the client from the moment they're created. I keep nothing, nothing is tied to my account, and you need no licence from me for anything.

For a custom-built tool, rights to the work pass to the client once the price is paid in full. Until then, the client has the right to use the work on a trial basis.

Materials I created before the training and reuse — methods, sample task briefs, the demo apps on naklikaj.sk — remain mine. You may use them freely within your company, but you may not resell them or use them to build your own training for third parties.

I will name the client as a reference only with their prior written consent.

08 Confidentiality

During the training I see your data, processes and systems. I undertake that everything I learn about your company stays between us: I will not disclose it to a third party or use it for any purpose other than delivering the ordered service. This obligation applies without a time limit, including after our cooperation ends.

This does not apply to information that was already publicly known beforehand, or that I must disclose under law or a decision of a public authority.

If you have your own non-disclosure agreement (NDA), send it to me before the session and I'll sign it.

09 Liability and its limits

I am liable for delivering the training and the tool under the Commercial Code (Obchodný zákonník), or the Civil Code (Občiansky zákonník) if the client is a consumer.

Damages are limited to the amount paid for the specific order. I am not liable for lost profit or for indirect and consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or to personal injury, where the statutory rules apply.

I am not liable for damage arising from using the tool without checking its output, from changes made to the tool after handover, or from an outage of a third-party service the tool runs on.

10 Complaints

If the delivered service doesn't match what was agreed, write to me at info@naklikaj.sk. State what was supposed to be delivered and what, in your view, wasn't.

  • I will acknowledge the complaint within 3 working days.
  • I will resolve it within 30 days of receipt.
  • If the complaint is justified, I will complete or fix the matter free of charge. If that isn't possible, I will refund a proportional part of the price.

File the complaint without undue delay after you notice the defect, and no later than 6 months after delivery.

11 Consumers

This chapter applies only if the client is a private individual ordering the service outside their business activity. It does not apply to orders from companies.

A consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. If they expressly request that the service start being provided before this period ends, and the service is then provided in full, the right to withdraw is lost. If it's provided in part, they pay a proportional part of the price.

The supervisory authority is the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia, SOI), Inspectorate for the Bratislava Region, Bajkalská 21/A, 827 99 Bratislava.

A consumer has the right to alternative dispute resolution. The application is filed with a body listed in the register kept by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic, or through the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

12 Final provisions

This relationship is governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Disputes that cannot be resolved by agreement fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic.

I may change these terms. For an already confirmed order, the version in effect on the day the order was placed always applies. The current version is on this page together with its effective date.

If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in effect and the invalid one is replaced by a provision closest to its intended meaning.

How I handle personal data is set out in the separate privacy policy.

This version is effective from 1 January 2026.
